Are you someone who would be terrified to do a zombie experience? Do you know a group of people who would be shaking in their shoes at the thought of coming face to face with the walking dead? What if they could do it for a good cause? Because they can, now!
Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, the leading mental health charity in England & Wales, have had the great idea of setting the Birmingham Courthouse Zombie Experience as a charity challenge. How it works is that you set a goal of fundraising £100 per person who is brave enough to take on the zombies at this 18th century house of law nestled in the heart of West Bromwich and then any amount that you make over the entry price (£69.99 per person or £62.99 per person for groups of five people or more) you donate to this very good cause.
There is also no reason you couldn’t do this for any other charity that is close to your heart either! Sheffield, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Leicestershire, Liverpool, Droitwich or North Greenwich residents, do you have a local charity that you would be happy to scare yourself silly for? Do you have a group of friends or work colleagues prepared to ‘face the fear’ all for a good cause? If so, then there is nothing stopping you! Register your planned challenge with your local charity and then start fundraising. Or if you have a friend, a boss or a family member who you’d love to see take on the zombie apocalypse, get them to name their favourite charity and sponsor them!
